Customer Onboarding Guide for FunnelStory #

Step 1: Create a Customer Account #

  1. Navigate to FunnelStory App.
  2. Sign up using an alias email for the customer. Use the format: {username}+{customer}@funnelstory.ai
    • Example: If your email is john@funnelstory.ai and the customer is “AcmeCorp,” use: john+acmecorp@funnelstory.ai
  3. Complete the signup process and verify the email if required.

Step 2: Select and Configure Models #

Once logged in, configure the necessary models while ensuring no records are fetched. Do this by editing the queries and adding LIMIT 0 to all the queries.

  • Account model
  • Any activity model
  • Conversations model

Step 3: Save and Exit #

  1. After configuring all models, save your changes.
  2. Exit the setup process.

Step 4: Invite Others #

  1. Invite the customer and our CS team

Important Notes #

  • Do not delete any models after selection. Doing so will reset the onboarding process, requiring you to start over.
  • If you encounter issues, check that the queries contain LIMIT 0 to avoid unnecessary data fetching.
  • If a model selection is incorrect, you may need to restart onboarding.
