AI Tasks - Enablement Guide #
Overview #
AI Tasks is a feature that automatically analyzes your team’s conversations to suggest relevant tasks. By processing communication patterns and insights from your team’s interactions, AI Tasks helps identify action items and important follow-ups that might otherwise be missed.
How to Enable AI Tasks #
Step 1: Navigate to AI Task Manager #
- The page is accessible at
/internal/ai-task-manager
Step 2: Enable the AI Tasks Toggle #
- On the AI Task Manager page, you’ll see a toggle switch labeled “Enable AI Tasks”
- Click the toggle to enable the feature
Step 3: Process Conversations #
Once enabled, you’ll see a “Process Conversations” button. Click this button to analyze conversations from the last 1 week. The system will:
- Analyze conversation content and labels
- Identify patterns and actionable insights
- Generate AI-powered task suggestions
